The other barman was on another team, and come the last round of five questions we were trailing it by one point. Fortunately, he did not know how to measure a Smurf. Still, after Irishbloke, then in charge of pen and paper, counted two extra months in the year, I was rather surprised by our eventual win, which came by two clear points. I got an extra dollar on the tab for apparently being responsible for, 'about 80%' of the answers, so, er, pff. Also found a tenner on the floor outside the Thai place. So, unexpected yellow curry with fried-rice and chicken, which was nice. How are you? I managed to leave the house without keys or wallet. Left with the brother, on his way to uni. Had to take his keys and go back. Convinced I'm going to lose something else, today. Probably the book I'm carrying around. Bye bye, Haruki. On the way back I passed a house in which some kid was obviously having recorder practice.
