This, too ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- think the boy band represented the uniform, and the uniform... hm... The back of my head itches. I really wish it would fucking stop that. I am starting to look compulsive with all this scratching. Just two little points on the back. The Euromillions jackpot represents almost four years worth of the government budget of a country like the Republic of The Gambia, with over one and a half million people, and that's messed up. I'm not going to buy a ticket, but if anybody does, and, you know, wins, and would like to have Banjul renamed in their honour [holds out cap]. Oh, and if any of the rest of you feel like maybe you could learn to use a Kalashnikov. I had a dream in which I was in the back of a small, crowded car, the identities of the others there in changing every time I looked around. We were on a motorway, and I have a funny feeling that we may have been going from London to Penrith. We weren't speeding. The police pulled us over. The officer was behaving like an ass, and waving his authority about. He was [rank] [name] from Take That, and he was demanding payment of a ticket he was giving us. I leaned through the front seats and started shouting my head off at him, you get your authority from the [rank] bit, not the Take That bit, you stupid so and so, now you tell us what the ticket is for or we're not paying a damn thing, and so on and so forth. Later in the dream, I was being held in contempt of fucking court for some fucking stupid reason, and I wasn't taking that very well, either. This is a democracy, I've never been in the wrong, here, he was refusing to act as an officer of the law just because he was in Take That, I'm a free man, you can have me arrested but it won't be without a fight, where's your authority come from, anyway, I don't see anybody here who voted for you, are you in Take That, too, your honour? It was a very hot-headed and vitriolic dream. I expect you had to be there. I have water in my ear. 5:48 a.m. - 2006-01-25 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
